trip to visit design colleges abroad

we're still to finalize our agenda. the tentative one is as follows:-

saturday, 17th - Finland- design factory
sunday, 18th- Holland - Bouwkunde, Nai, Uterch , delft campus
monday, 19th - holland / france - bauhaus,liliane ,Belerge campus, INSEAD campus in france
tuesday,20th - France - boibuschet , alexander brainstorming
wednesday, 21- France - boiuschet , alexander brainstorming
thrusday,22- Italy - Domus / castoligini
friday, 23- italy - verona , chersai fair, benetton design village
saturday, 24- italy- domus campus, polytechnique..
sunday, 25th - india


This whole trip is a project in itself. As soon as we close on the dates, i will begin communication to fix meetings, etc. isha and me are also preparing the material that we need to send and carry for these meeting..various collaterals like the design village newsletter...etcetc..However in the meanwhile please take the charge of getting the following done:-

schedule of travel (we will discuss and finalize with sourabh on monday)
visas and documentation
booking of places to stay- when and where do we need places.
